Mission Statement
We aim to assist and support all Jewish people with special needs in finding meaningful work on the open labour market which reflects their strengths and potential. A work placement is based on a sound assessment of the person’s individual needs and abilities. People with special needs have the right to meaningful work as equal citizens in the labour force, to develop their self-esteem and self-confidence allowing them to strive towards social and economic independence.
